One Health Organisation is creating systems change in health and wellbeing for disadvantaged communities in Australia and Asia. We are not-for-profit that works collaboratively with grassroots health projects, local community groups and large health players to create a revolution for wellness on a meaningful scale. We use systems thinking to understand the complex cycles of disadvantage and how to best intervene; we put the community voice in the centre of our work to rebalance unhealthy power dynamics; we advocate on local and national platforms for a holisitic perspective on health. We are currently focusing on addressing social determinants of health in refugee and disadvantaged migrant groups in the Brisbane region, in partnership with World Wellness Group and Asthma Australia.
